Quadix Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd provides business and technology services including workflow automation, system integration, data management and reporting, managed IT and technical support, HR operations support, IT consulting, business process support, and software-as-a-service products.

We may update, modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or website at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Scope of Engagement

Website content is for general information only and does not automatically create a service contract. Project scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and support terms must be agreed separately through a quotation, proposal, invoice, agreement, statement of work, or written confirmation.

For subscription-based software, client portals, automation tools, or SaaS products, access may be licensed to a specific individual, organization, workspace, or tenant depending on the applicable plan.

Reselling, sublicensing, unauthorized sharing, reverse engineering, copying, or misuse of accounts, software, credentials, or platform access is strictly prohibited. Quadix may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, misuse, non-payment, or security concerns.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or other secure payment gateways. Prices may be listed in INR, USD, or other currencies depending on region, service type, or commercial agreement.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details regarding eligibility, timelines, non-refundable items, subscriptions, project work, and service cancellations.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, software, product names, code, documentation, processes, frameworks, graphics, and intellectual property owned or created by Quadix remain the property of Quadix Solutions OPC Pvt Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials without written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their own data, documents, business records, credentials, and materials provided to Quadix for service delivery. By sharing such information, you grant Quadix permission to use it only as necessary to deliver agreed services.

Personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to such processing and confirm that the information you provide is accurate and authorized.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, cloud providers, email services, CRM systems, ERP tools, HRMS platforms, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other external systems.

Quadix is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, data loss, policy changes, API limitations, failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages arising from use of our website, products, services, integrations, or third-party systems.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service during the previous billing cycle or the specific project component giving rise to the claim.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to websites, SaaS products, third-party integrations, or hosted systems. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, security issues, and external dependencies may affect availability.

14. Termination of Services

Quadix may suspend or terminate services, accounts, subscriptions, or access for misuse, violation of terms, security risks, non-payment, illegal activity, or breach of agreed conditions. Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website, products, or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
