Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service or engagement by notifying Quadix in writing. Cancellation handling depends on the stage of work, agreed scope, resource allocation, and any project-specific terms.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items

Completed consulting sessions, delivered digital work, configured systems, development effort, documentation, third-party costs, licenses, hosting, tools, or services already consumed may not be refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable timeline.

Project Changes

Scope changes, timeline changes, or paused work will be handled through discussion and written confirmation between Quadix and the client.
