Shipping Policy

Applicability

Quadix Solutions primarily provides digital services, consulting, software-related support, workflow automation, system integration, HR operations support, and managed service activities. Most services are delivered electronically or remotely.

Digital Delivery

• Project documents, reports, configurations, dashboards, code files, or related deliverables may be shared through email, cloud folders, collaboration tools, or agreed project channels.
• Access credentials, setup instructions, or deployment notes may be provided digitally when applicable.
• Delivery timelines depend on the agreed project scope, client approvals, third-party access, and required inputs.

No Physical Shipping by Default

As a service-based company, Quadix generally does not ship physical products. If any physical material, hardware, or documentation is required, shipping terms will be agreed separately before dispatch.

Delivery Confirmation

Digital delivery may be considered complete when the agreed deliverable is shared with the client through the approved communication channel or deployed to the agreed environment.
