At Quadix Solutions Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring timely and reliable delivery of all our services, software subscriptions, and digital assets. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle product fulfillment, delivery timelines, and related queries.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to both digital and physical deliveries associated with our products and services, including HR documentation, IT consulting deliverables, and our SaaS platform CronNet.

2. Digital Products & Software Subscriptions

  • All digital products and services (such as CronNet subscriptions) are delivered electronically via email or through secure user accounts.
  • Access credentials or activation details are typically provided within 1–4 hours of successful payment confirmation.
  • In rare cases of technical delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Our team will notify you promptly in such cases.

3. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)

  • For HR or IT-related physical materials, shipment timelines will vary based on product type and location.
  • Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
  • International shipments (if applicable) may take 10–20 business days depending on customs and courier timelines.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Digital products and subscriptions do not incur any shipping fee.

5. Order Confirmation & Updates

Once a payment is processed successfully via Razorpay or our partnered gateways, customers receive a confirmation email or SMS with order details. For digital products, access instructions are included in the confirmation message.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If you do not receive access credentials or delivery confirmation within the stated time, please contact support@quadix.in with your order reference number.
  • In case of failed or lost deliveries (physical items), replacements will be arranged after internal verification.

7. International Orders

For international customers, delivery timelines, currency conversion, and taxes may vary. All orders are processed in INR or USD, depending on the user’s location and payment method.
